Shipping

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Rates

Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional charge.

Delivery times

United States: standard typically arrives 3 to 5 business days after processing; express typically 1 to 2 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by the carrier, weather, and peak periods.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If tracking has not updated after 5 business days, email avletica@yahoo.com and we will look into it.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, contact us within 14 days and we will open a carrier claim or reship.
